The challenges in the world have never more urgent due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a resurgence of infectious diseases, the worsening impact of climate change, and a hunger crisis in parts of the globe, Gates cautioned in his speech at the Global Health Drug Discovery Institute (GHDDI) on Thursday.
