Jing Zemin graduated from Shanghai JIaotong University in 1947.
BEIJING, December 6 (TMTPOST) -- As the entire nation mourned the passing of former President Jiang Zemin, a series of photos showed a journey of a yougn man from Shanghai, to Moscow, Beijing, Dublin and New York.

In October 1988, Jiang made a speech in a ceremony honoring scientists for their 50 years of diligent work.
Jiang shook hand with Deng Xiaoping, the chief architect of China’s economic reform and opening-up policy, during the fifth plenary of CPC’s 13th Central Commission held in November 1989 in Beijing.
On August 13,1998, Jiang went to Hubei province to supervise the fight against the unprecedented flooding in person and made a speech on the bank of the Yangtze River.
On September7，2000，leaders of five Standing Members of the UN Security Council met in New York at the proposal of then Chinese President Jiang Zemin.
